Aaron is an Adobe certified digital multimedia professional with skills ranging from video and film production, to photography, layout and design, and motion graphics. 

For over 10 years as Digital Media Producer at the Canadian Museum for Human Rights, Aaron has created and managed content across a multitude of areas at the CMHR. His work has consistently shown a dedication to delivering a high quality experience, while respecting our sensitive subject matter.

Some highlights of his experience include:
-Assigning tasks and managed workload of the Digital Media Production Artist. Including oversight of day-to-day tasks, providing guidance, direction and mentoring.
-Managed purchasing and and allocating departmental budgets.
-As subject matter expert, worked directly with other departments in the museum, as well as CMHR stakeholders to ensure their needs are met, either through internal creation or working with external vendors.
-Liaised with external Accessibility providers for accessibility creation, consulting on accessibility implementation in exhibits and training.
-Worked as part of a multi-faceted team as part of the creation, design, and execution of several CMHR exhibits, as well as in adapting travelling exhibits to the CMHR.
-Worked directly with external content producers to ensure created content meets CMHR standards.

Aaron's skills also extend past the museum with over a decade of work in Live television production working with the Winnipeg Jets and with CTV News Winnipeg.

And his skills are in demand as a freelancer with production services including photography, commercials, promotional and internal corporate video. Clients include The Kidney Foundation of Canada, The Assiniboine Park Conservancy, The Fort Garry Hotel, and Corus Radio Winnipeg.
